Hi, I’m Kristeen Barth, an executive coach with over 20 years of real-world leadership experience in IT, strategic project management, and HR & organizational development. I’ve worked across industries like telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, and financial services, leading up, down and across organizations. With an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and certification as an executive coach, I blend deep expertise and empathy to help leaders navigate their challenges with confidence and speed.

Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, documentaries, kettlebells, walking my dog Toby, and traveling with my husband, Matt.
